How to Connect Claude to Your B2B Sales Pipeline Using MCP

To connect Claude to your B2B sales workspace, search for Elori in Claude’s connector directory, click Connect and sign in to Elori. Model Context Protocol (MCP) gives the assistant access to supported sales tools and context.

What MCP adds to your sales workflow

MCP is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to external tools. With Elori, a compatible assistant can work with your contacts, companies, deal board and supported campaign actions instead of relying on copied notes. MCP is included with Director and Autopilot.

Connect Claude to Elori

  1. Open Claude’s connector directory and search for Elori, an approved community connector.
  2. Select Elori and click Connect.
  3. Sign in to Elori in your browser and approve the connection.
  4. Ask Claude to summarize open deals or show your upcoming meetings.

You do not need to paste a server URL for the directory connection. For ChatGPT, use a compatible developer-mode MCP client with https://elori.app/mcp and browser OAuth. See the Claude/ChatGPT connection guide.

What to do after connecting

  • Ask for the context behind a deal before a call.
  • Review your contacts and next actions in a conversation.
  • Prepare supported campaign drafts, then review and approve outreach in Elori.
  • View or revoke connections in Settings → MCP connections.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to write code?

No. Claude’s directory provides the connection button. ChatGPT’s custom MCP setup uses the hosted server URL.

Does connecting approve every email?

No. Email approval stays in Elori. Later reply handling and scheduling follow your campaign settings; connecting an assistant does not replace those choices.

Which plan includes MCP?

Director and Autopilot include MCP. Compare the current plans and fees.
