Getting started

How to Build a B2B Outbound Campaign in Under 10 Minutes (Without Code)

Start a B2B outbound campaign by entering your website, choosing a focused audience, reviewing the first email and connecting Google or Microsoft email and calendar. Elori brings these steps into one no-code workflow.

A ten-minute setup plan

Use this sequence to get your first campaign ready without building integrations or starting from a blank email. The timings are a suggested plan, not a measured average; verification, provider consent and research can take longer.

Minutes 1–2: Describe your business

Enter your company website on the Elori start page. Check the business description and explain what you offer. Sign up and verify your email when prompted.

Minutes 3–5: Choose your audience

Choose the role, industry and country you want to reach. Each campaign keeps one role, one industry and one country. Elori researches people on the public web; review the results rather than assuming every match is exact.

Minutes 6–8: Review your first email

Check the message against your offer and audience, then approve it in Elori. Research and drafting can progress while you review. You can also use your own contacts instead of researching new ones.

Minutes 9–10: Connect and start

Connect Google or Microsoft email and calendar, check availability and start the campaign once the required setup is complete. Replies, follow-ups and agreed meeting times are handled according to your settings.

What happens next?

  • Outreach uses your connected mailbox.
  • Booked meetings stay linked to contacts, companies and deals.
  • You can review progress in the campaign and your Deal board.

Try a focused first campaign

The trial lasts seven days, with no card required for the trial. Your first two booked meetings and first 15 researched contacts are free. Check pricing and subsequent fees.
